Application for registration is to made on the prescribed form attached with following documents,

• Birth certificate & aadhar card.
• Last year pass out T.C & mark sheet original
• Parents’ Id proof
• Security form enclosed with admission form
• Undertaking form
• Passport size photograph of child
• Medical fitness certificate.
